Two Peak Fertility Readings In One Cycle
When you are trying to conceive, it is important to track your ovulation so you can time intercourse correctly. One way to do this is by using a fertility monitor like the Clearblue Fertility Monitor, which measures the levels of two hormones, estrogen and luteinizing hormone (LH), to determine when you are most fertile.
The Clearblue Fertility Monitor has a feature called Peak Fertility Detection, which gives you a reading of your two peak fertility days in one cycle. This feature is available in the monitor’s advanced mode.
The first peak fertility day is when your estrogen level is the highest. The second peak fertility day is when your LH level is the highest.
You can use the Peak Fertility Detection feature to help you decide when to have intercourse to increase your chances of getting pregnant. You can also use it to help you determine when you are most likely to ovulate.
If you have a Peak Fertility Detection reading of two peak fertility days, it means that your estrogen and LH levels are both high and you are most likely to ovulate soon. You should have intercourse on both of these days.
If you have a Peak Fertility Detection reading of one peak fertility day, it means that your estrogen level is high and you are most likely to ovulate soon. You should have intercourse on this day.
Women’S Fertility By Age Chart
The fertility of women decreases as they age. This is due to a decrease in the number of eggs available as well as a decrease in the quality of eggs. The decrease in fertility is most significant after age 35.
The chance of getting pregnant decreases by about 5% for every year after the age of 30. Women in their late 30s have about a 20% chance of getting pregnant in any given month, while women in their early 40s have about a 10% chance.
There are a number of things that you can do to improve your chances of getting pregnant, regardless of your age. Some of these include:
-eating a healthy diet
-exercising regularly
-avoiding smoking and alcohol
-taking prenatal vitamins
