Signs Of Pregnancy Week 1
The first week of pregnancy is considered the gestational week 1. This is the week in which the fertilized egg implants in to the uterine wall. The embryo begins to produce human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) which is a hormone that will be detected in a woman’s urine or blood. This hormone will be present in the woman’s body for the duration of her pregnancy.
