Golden Discharge During Pregnancy
: What It Is and What to Do
A golden discharge during pregnancy is often a sign of a healthy pregnancy. It is usually caused by the increased production of the hormone estrogen.

One Week Pregnancy Discharge
At some point during your pregnancy you will probably start to experience a discharge. This is a common occurrence and is nothing to worry about. However, it is important to be able to distinguish between normal and abnormal discharges, in order to know when to seek medical help.
The following is a guide to understanding one week’s worth of pregnancy discharges:
Day 1: This is usually the day that your period starts. If you are pregnant, you may experience a light discharge that is pink or brown in color.
Day 2: The discharge may become thicker and more mucous-like.
Day 3: The discharge may become yellow or green in color.
Day 4: The discharge may become thick and sticky.
Day 5: The discharge may become white or cloudy.
Day 6: The discharge may become thin and watery.
Day 7: The discharge will return to being light and pink or brown in color.
Dog Pregnancy Discharge
What is the normal discharge from a pregnant dog
There is no “normal” discharge from a pregnant dog since every dog will experience pregnancy differently. However, many pregnant dogs will experience a milky discharge from their nipples early on in the pregnancy. This is normal and is caused by the increased production of milk. As the pregnancy progresses, some dogs may also experience a clear or yellowish discharge from their vagina. This is also normal and is caused by the increased production of fluids in the body in preparation for labor.
Is Green Discharge Normal In Pregnancy
There is a lot of confusion about what is and is not normal when it comes to vaginal discharge during pregnancy. So, is green discharge normal in pregnancy
The answer is: It depends.
