Leukorrhea is a normal and common occurrence during pregnancy and is nothing to worry about. It is simply a way for your body to cleanse itself and keep the vagina healthy.

A pregnant woman’s body goes through many changes and one of those changes is an increase in discharge. It is important to be aware of the different types of discharge and what they mean.
There are three types of discharge during pregnancy:
1. Physiological discharge
2. Leukorrhea
3. Infectious discharge
1. Physiological discharge is thin and clear and is caused by the increased production of estrogen and progesterone. It is normal and is not a sign of infection.
2. Leukorrhea is thick and white and is caused by the increased production of mucus. It is normal and is not a sign of infection.
3. Infectious discharge is thick and green or yellow and is caused by a bacterial or viral infection. It is not normal and requires treatment.

Very Light Pink Discharge Early Pregnancy
What is the cause of light pink discharge early pregnancy
Most pregnant women will experience some type of vaginal discharge during their pregnancy. This is caused by the increase in estrogen and other hormones that are produced during pregnancy. The discharge may be thin and watery, or thick and mucous-like. It may be white, clear, or a light pink or light brown color.
The most common cause of light pink discharge during early pregnancy is implantation bleeding. Implantation bleeding occurs when the fertilized egg attaches to the wall of the uterus. • Ectopic pregnancy – A pregnancy that implants outside of the uterus, most commonly in the Fallopian tubes. This can cause light spotting or bleeding.
• Miscarriage – A miscarriage is a pregnancy that ends on its own before the baby is able to survive outside the womb. A miscarriage can cause light spotting or bleeding.
• Infection – A bacterial or viral infection can cause light pink discharge during early pregnancy.

Thick Discharge After Ovulation Sign Pregnancy
If you are trying to conceive, then you may be eagerly awaiting any sign that you are pregnant. One sign that you may be experiencing is thick discharge after ovulation. This type of discharge is often a result of the increase in estrogen levels that occurs when you are pregnant.
Thick discharge after ovulation may also be a sign of early pregnancy. This type of discharge is often thin and watery and can be a result of the increase in progesterone levels that occur when you are pregnant.
If you are experiencing thick discharge after ovulation, then you may want to take a pregnancy test to find out if you are pregnant. If the test is negative, then you may want to consult with your doctor to find out if there is another reason for your thick discharge.
How Much Watery Discharge Is Normal During Pregnancy
