A pregnant woman’s discharge changes and becomes more noticeable throughout her pregnancy. At 29 weeks, the discharge may be thick, white, and lumpy. This is called leukorrhea and is caused by increased estrogen levels. Leukorrhea is a normal, healthy condition and is nothing to worry about.
