Blood Tests To Determine Fertility

There are a few different blood tests that can be done in order to determine fertility. One is a test for anti-sperm antibodies, which are proteins that can be produced by the body in response to sperm. If there are high levels of anti-sperm antibodies, it can be difficult for the sperm to swim and penetrate the egg.

Another blood test that can be done to determine fertility is a hormone test. This test measures the levels of certain hormones in the blood, including follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), luteinizing hormone (LH), and estradiol. High levels of FSH and LH can indicate that the ovaries are not producing eggs regularly, while high levels of estradiol can indicate that the ovaries are releasing eggs prematurely.

A third blood test that can be done to determine fertility is a semen analysis. This test looks at the quality and quantity of the sperm. Low sperm count, low sperm motility, and abnormal sperm morphology can all indicate that a man is infertile.

Fertility Diary

: Month 1

Welcome to my fertility diary!

I’m starting this diary to document my journey to conceive a baby. I’m hopeful that it will be a helpful tool to keep me on track, as well as to provide some helpful information for anyone else who might be trying to conceive.

For my first month, I’m going to be focusing on my diet and exercise habits. I know that both of these things can play a big role in boosting fertility.

I’m going to be eating mostly healthy foods, with a few indulgences here and there. I’m also going to be trying to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise most days.

I’ll be updating you all month long on how I’m doing, as well as any changes in my menstrual cycle or any other signs that I’m getting closer to conception.

Wish me luck!
