Week 39 Of Pregnancy
Hello everyone,
This is my 39th week of pregnancy and things are getting exciting!
My baby is now the size of a honeydew melon and is starting to prepare for birth. His or her lungs are continuing to mature and the baby is swallowing amniotic fluid, which helps to develop the digestive system.
The baby’s skin is also getting thicker and less transparent and the eyelashes and eyebrows are starting to grow.
I am feeling more and more uncomfortable as my due date approaches. My belly is getting bigger and my back is aching more. But I am so excited to meet my baby and finally hold him or her in my arms!
